Socially responsible human resource management in tourism and hospitality has been the focus of modern research because individuals have become more aware of the need to adopt environmentally friendly tourist and hospitality services. Hence, the need to focus on environmental performance has been accelerated in the present era. Therefore, the present research is designed to explore how employees' environmental performance is enhanced through Socially Responsible HRM practices. For this purpose, "Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM)" has been employed through Smart PLS. The model is developed on the Social Cognitive Theory. The outcomes portray that socially responsible human resource management is positively and significantly linked with employee environmental commitment, employee green motivation, and employee environmental performance. Further, employee environmental commitment fosters their environmental performance, but employee green motivation does not improve their performance. Moreover, this study discovers the meditating roles of employee environmental commitment and employee green motivation. Also, the moderating role of moral reflectiveness has been employed in the research framework.
