The paper intents to examine the role of inclusive leadership, innovative work behavior, job autonomy and perceived organizational support in the IT sector of Pakistan. To assess the impact of inclusive leadership on innovative work behavior; impact of inclusive leadership on job autonomy and perceived organizational support; impact of perceived organizational support and job autonomy on employee innovative work behavior. Questionnaire survey was conducted to find out the results of the study, sample of 199 respondents have been collected from the IT sector of Pakistan. Inclusive leadership found to be the most important factor in order to encourage employee innovative work behavior. Job autonomy and perceived organizational support also found to be important factors in order to encourage employee innovative work behavior. Lack of literature is exists to examine the relationship between inclusive leadership, job autonomy, perceived organizational support and employee innovative work behavior. PLS-SEM was employed to analyze the data. The current study fills this gap, especially for the business environment in IT sector of Pakistan. It provides the sincere insight of employee innovative work behavior and inclusive leadership of the organizations in Pakistan.
